My stay at the hotel was just perfect for us. The room felt like a cozy condo/apartment with an excellent beach view, featuring a full kitchen, living room, bedroom, spacious bathroom, and a closet room. However, there was sometimes a musty smell lingering.

The hotel is at the bottom corner of the building, needing renovation, with dated rooms and old appliances. Service tries to sell trips, but there was one remarkably rude woman who claimed to be the manager. The location is nice at the beginning of Hotellera zone, next to an amazing beach. The dining had limited vegetarian options. Casa Maya was awesome.
